The United TRU-BLUE Rockwell Hardness Tester is computer controlled (closed loop) application of forces are via load cell measurement. The Tester has a 4 x 20 bright vacuum fluorescent display. Front panel controls with Piezo-Electric switches. Auto self-test and last test setup recall at startup. Removable parts clamp used to secure irregular shaped or oversize test specimens. Logical setup and operating menu from front panel keys. Throat depth is 5.5 inches. Optional 9.5 inch throat depth is available.

Standards: ASTM E18 Metals, ASTM D785 Plastics, ISO 6508 Metals. Brinell Test method ASTM E10, ISO 6506.

Tester is supplied with DIRECT VERIFICATION as per ASTM E18.
